Golden Gate Media Films is an international film production and media company founded by award-winning director, screenwriter, and producer Sean GK. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with a sister company in Izmir, Turkey, we specialize in cinematic storytelling that transcends borders and platforms.

About the Founder — Sean GK
Sean GK is a Los Angeles–based filmmaker known for his artistic intensity, philosophical themes, and visually striking narratives. With more than 10 years of international experience, his work blends bold storytelling with commercial appeal.
Sean’s films explore the tension between identity, power, and unseen truths, spanning dark thrillers, socially driven dramas, and emotionally rich character studies. His projects have been recognized by global film festivals and are in development with major streaming platforms — including Netflix.
Beyond his own work, Sean is dedicated to mentoring emerging talent, helping aspiring filmmakers refine their craft and succeed in the industry.
